1987, Nichols

'April Echo' (Hooker Nichols, R. 1986). Seedling 8114D., R. SDB, height 12" (30 cm), Midseason late bloom. Creamy yellow with deeper spot on Falls; orange-lavender beard. April Anthem' X seedling 7854A: ('Mrs. Nate Rudolph' x 'Runaway'). Hillcrest Iris 1987.
