Standards and style arms pale primrose yellow (RHS 4D); falls aureolin yellow (12A) banded pale primrose yellow; beards white, to yellow in throat; slight sweet fragrance. 'Advance Design' X unknown.Long 2002. Honorable Mention 2005.

From AIS Bulletin #325 April 2002 Introducing BREAK YOLK (David Miller) SDB 14" M. 3 buds. Here's breakfast - Sunny Side Up! Egg yolk yellow falls banded with very light cream white. Stds. & styles are same cream white. Beards white to yellow in throat. Named for (and by) a friend, Dave Sellers. His premature passing denies many of the opportunity to "Break Yolk", as well as many other unique "Dave- isms". Advance Design X unknown. $15.00. Long's Gardens.
