■(SDB) 'Broken Halo'

1991, Black

'Broken Halo' (Paul Black, R. 1991). Seedling 87134A. SDB, height 14" (36 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards warm white, edge heavily stitched violet; style arms white, brassy olive fringed tip; falls warm white, brassy olive hafts turning into violet plicata edge which in turn breaks into chartreuse plicata edge around lower half; beards cream in throat, tipped pale blue; ruffled. 'Chubby Cheeks' X seedling 84238F: ( 'Oriental Blush' x 'Sniffs 'N' Sneezes'). Mid-America 1991.
