| From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2007: CELEBRATE - SDB, 15" (38 cm), Midseason-Late. After this many generations of breeding, I'm ready to CELEBRATE! CELEBRATE has great eye appeal. Standards are medium silvery orchid with grape-purple plicata bands that have darker stitching and darker purple midribs. Falls are white washed light silvery lilac and banded iridescent red-grape which in turn has the same color stitching and some dotting inside it. Beards are very distinctive with 3 layers of color. The base is white layered with violet and then brown-black on top. CELEBRATE may be hard to describe but it is lovely to look at. Makes a stunning and colorful clump. Great parent. Sdlg.
