2004, Spoon

'Cerise Boy' ( Donald Spoon, R. 2004). Seedling 98-37B. SDB, height 12" (30 cm), Early,midseason, late bloom. Standards burgundy (RHS 71A) lightening toward edges, lightly ruffled; style arms lighter burgundy on edges; Falls burgundy (71A) grading lighter (70A) on edges; beards burgundy; lightly ruffled; slight sweet fragrance. 'Low Life' X 'Jeweler's Art'. Winterberry 2004.

From AIS Bulletin #333 April 2004 Introducing Cerise Boy (D. Spoon) SDB, 12" (30 cm), EML. Sdlg. # 98-37B. Burgundy self and beards. lightly ruffled, domed standards, and wide falls. Style arms lighter burgundy on the edges. The center of Ihe falls are darker (RHS 71A) growing lighter 70A on the edges of the falls. 2-3 buds. Fertile both ways. (Low life X Jeweler's Art). $15. Winterberry Gardens.
