1978/79, Catton

'Dark Opal' (Hilmary Catton, R. 1978). Seedling CB2/2. SDB, 9" (22 cm), Early bloom. Standards wine; falls deep wine to almost black around violet beard. 'Knotty Pine' X 'Cherry Garden'. Wyuna Iris 1978/79. Change of height and classification from MDB to SDB.
