'Decree' (Barry Blyth, R. 2015) Seedling X19-2. SDB, 12" (30 cm), Very early bloom. Standards butterscotch-honey; falls mahogany to red-brown lightening towards edge; beards orange in throat, bronze in middle, lavender ends.
