'Denali' (Marky Smith, R. 1999). Seedling 94-30A. SDB, 11" (28 cm), Early to late bloom. Standards white (RHS 155D), chartreuse green midrib, faint violet veining at tip; style arms cream white (158D); falls white ground, greyed by violet blue (near 93D) veins, small violet (93B) halo below beard, white hafts tinted yellow; beards cream at end changing to yellow, orange in throat; ruffled; pronounced spicy fragrance. Seedling 91-30A: (seedling 89-52D, white glaciata 'Ming' sibling, x 'Rosie Lulu') X seedling 92-19A: ('Muppet Madness' x 'Gemstar'). Aitken 2000. Honorable Mention 2002; Award of Merit 2004.
