1991, Palmer

'Fluffy' (Cleo Palmer, R. 1990). Seedling 8557. SDB, 11" (28 cm), Late bloom. Standards white; falls white, hafts veined yellow, ruffled; beards yellow, tipped white. Seedling 8236: ('Velvet Pride' x ('Daisy' sibling x unknown)) X seedling 8225: ('Crescent Moon' x unknown). Palmer's Iris 1991.

From AIS Bulletin #281 April 1991 Introducing FLUFFY-Sdlg. 8557. SDB 11" L. S. white, open, lightly ruffled. F. white with yellow haft veining. Wide round falls with very wide hafts, heavy substance, lightly ruffled, horizontally flaring, very good parent. Yellow beards tipped white. 8236: (Velvet Pride x (Daisy sib x unknown)) X 8225: (Crescent Moon x unknown). $7.50. Palmer's Iris Gardens.
