1995, Ritchie
'Fresh Start' (Jayne Ritchie, R. 1995). Seedling 88-11-9. SDB, 10" (26 cm), Late midseason blooom. Standards white, slight blue tinge; style arms white, tinged blue; falls white undertoned blue green, hafts overlaid chartreuse yellow; beards light blue (RHS 100D); ruffled; slight sweet fragrance. Seedling 83-32-5: ('Model Child' x seedling 79-39-6, 'Loveshine' sibling) X 'Bay Ruffles'. Ritchie 1996.
