'Garnet Star' (Earl Roberts, R. 1970). Seedling 68R43. SDB, 12" (30 cm), Early to midseason bloom. Standards rose-lavender; falls rose-red on rose-lavender ground; solid blue beard. 'Amethyst Flame' X USSR pumila seedling R32-40. E. Roberts 1972. Honorable Mention 1975.
