'Hot Jazz' (Paul Black, R. 1998). Seedling# B265A. SDB, 12" (30 cm), Early bloom. Standards and style arms medium orchid; falls brighter orchid, short white rays around beard, crystalline haft rim; beards orange, red orange in throat and violet at outer end; ruffled; slight sweet fragrance. 'Sheer Class' X 'First Alert' sibling. Mid-America 1998. Honorable Mention 2000.
