'Lemon Flare' (Tell Muhlestein, R. 1958). SDB, 10" (25 cm), Early bloom. Color Class-Y1P, Lemon-cream-ivory self. 'Baria' X ('Citrea' x 'Bride'). Mission Bell, Tell 1959. Honorable Mention 1959.

From Tell’s Gardens catalog,1959: LEMON FLARE (Tell Muhlestein.) Early to Midseason of the Dwarf season. 10". (Sister to Little Cottage) Actually the color is more creamy-yellow than lemon. The round falls flare horizontally and there are three or four flowers to the stem. There Is a bit of yellow texture veining in the falls. A prolific grower and bloomer. $5.00
