Standards medium yellow, sides edged paler but not tip; falls burnished golden brown blend; orange beard tipped blue; sweet fragrance. 'Sunny Hills' X seedling# 8236: ('Velvet Pride' x ('Blue Jadeite' x (('Wilma V' x unknown) x 'Little Titan'))). Palmer's Iris 1989.

From AIS Bulletin #273 April 1989 Introducing MATT'S CHOICE-SDB, 14", L. Medium yellow standards with paler edge except at tip, nearly closed and held. Burnished golden brown falls with narrow edge of near white. Wide, round, very ruffled, horizontally flaring falls with heavy substance. Orange beards tipped blue. Sweet fragrance. Sunny Hills X 8236: (Velvet Pride x (Blue Jadeite x ((Wilma V x unknown) x Little Titan))). Palmer's Iris Garden.
