'Modern Mood' (Audrey Machulak, R. 1988). Seedling# 52-78-14. SDB, 9" (21 cm), Early bloom. Standards violet blue (RHS 92C); falls same with purple violet (80A) markings; blue beard; slight sweet fragrance. Seedling# 75-2-2: (('Chinese Coral' x 'Flippancy') x 'Buffy') X unknown. Miller's Manor 1988.

Slender leaves hold up these violet-blue blossoms with purple-violet markings and blue beards on the flaring falls, 3 buds. Sdlg. 52-78-14: ((Chinese Coral x Flippancy) x Buffy) unknown. $12.50.
