From AIS Bulletin #313 April 1999 Introducing PLYMOUTH HOE (GODFREY, W & A '99) SDB SDLG HAP3 13". Softly rounded closed white standards have a navy base deep in the throat over softly fluted white falls with thumbprint of thick navy whiskers surounding the cream beards, creating a nautical flavour, which suggested the name (Drake played bowls there before sailing out to defeat the Spanish Armada). $15. Hermit Medlars Walk. |
