'Royal Trim' (Gene Gaddie, R. 1981) Seedling# 92-1. SDB, 9" (23 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards white; falls royal purple with thin white line extending from tip of white beard and precise white rim; ruffled. 'Starry Eyed' X 'Blue Crepe'. Gaddies Gardens 1985.

From AIS Bulletin #257 April 1985 Introducing ROYAL TRIM-SDB-Very white standards provide extreme contrast to royal purple spot on the falls, trimmed with thin ermine white rim. Thin white stripe runs through the spot from the ermine beards. Wide, round, ruffled, 9". #92-1: (Starry Eyed X Blue Crepe). $10.00. Gaddies' Gardens.
