From AIS Bulletin #217 April 1975 Introducing STARRY EYED (Gatty) M, 14". Bright Delight X A-I-C: ((((Azure Skies x self) x Cook 1546) x Blue Denim) x (Dainty Delight x Blue Denim)). An amoena with pure white standards and columbine blue falls narrowly edged in white. The upright standards are ruffled; the horizontal falls roll upward on the edges toward the tips, giving an unusual "pointed" or "starry" look to the flower. Extremely vigorous and floriferous; three buds per stalk. EC '74. (#C69-B). $7.50. Keith Keppel. |
