2000, Keppel
'Sweet Baby' (Keith Keppel, R. 2000). Seedling# 94-7A. SDB, 13" (33 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards dark red purple (M&P 46/47-L-9/10); style arms dark red purple (47-L-7/8); falls blackish red purple, few inconspicuous white haft veins; beards pale blue (41-AB-5), hairs tipped bronze in throat; pronounced sweet fragrance. Seedling# 91-5D: ('Dark Vader' x Hager seedling# SD4896RdBk: ('Demon' x ('Combo' x 'Toasty' sibling))) X seedling# 91-10B: ('Jungle Warrior' x 'Wunderkind'). Keppel 2000. Honorable Mention 2002.
