From Sunnybrook Farm catalog, 1917: SIBIRICA, BUTTERFLY, (Madame Butterfly) — This is the true Siberian type, very tall and graceful, the flowers lightly carried on long branching stalks, about two and a half inches across and of a lovely clear porcelain blue, without a trace of purple, nearly five feet tall.
