'Cabernet' (Ben Hager, R. 1982) Seedling SB9ODkRd. SIB, 34" (86 cm), Midseason bloom. Dark wine red; small signal veined over white under extended dark red styles. Seedling SB58V: ('Dreaming Spires' x 'Ruby Wine') X seedling SB55DkWi#1: ('Ruby Wine' x 'Royal Ensign'). Melrose Gardens 1982. Honorable Mention 1984.
