'Eduard Regel' Эдуард Регель ( Georgi Rodionenko, R. 2001). Seedling 11579K-1. SIB, 24-26" (60-65 cm), Midseason late bloom. Blue purple self, Falls with whitish signal. Parentage unknown; seed from Currier McEwen. Rodionenko 1999.

Translation: Эдуард Регель = Eduard Regel (1815-1892), he was Director of the Botanical garden in St. Petersburg.
