■(SIB) 'Oriental Carpet'

2004/05, Blyth

'Oriental Carpet' (Barry Blyth, R. 2004). Seedling J246-1. SIB, 28" (71 cm), Early midseason bloom. Standards lavender, some lavender-violet veining; style arms creamy white with strong turquoise wash; Falls soft rosy lavender blending to lavender violet, gold outpouring 1/3 way down Falls with deeper reddish veining; slight sweet fragrance. Seed from M. Schafer cross S97-25. 'Echo The Wind' X Schafer S92-56-13: (S89-5-1: ('Forrest McCord' x 'Isabelle') x 'Careless Sally'). Tempo Two 2004/05.
