1980, Hager

'Other Worlds' (Ben Hager, R. 1979). Seedling SB73A. SIB, 40" (102 cm), Late midseason bloom. Light violet-lavender, deepening to blue around white signal which is etched brown. ('White Swirl' x 'Tycoon') X ('White Swirl' x 'Tycoon'). Melrose Gardens 1980. Honorable Mention 1982.

Comment: 30"/70 cm, M. Tetraploid. Standards and Falls a rich, medium blue with a slight flash of violet. Form is simple, somewhat old-fashioned without ruffling. Heavy substance. The well defined throat is gold veined with red-violet. The Falls also have a fine pale gold edge. A very distinctive cultivar.
