'Penelope Anne' (Marty Schafer and Jan Sacks, R. 2018) Seedling S11-23-12. SIB, 30" (76 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards pale to medium red; style arms icy blue-white, magenta edging, aqua midribs;falls rich medium red, signal bright yellow veined red. 'Dusky Dawn' sibling. Joe Pye Weed 2019.
