1998, Pearson

'Red Royale' (Hugh Pearson, R. 1991) Seedling 7797-1. SIB, 18" (45 cm), Midseason bloom. Dark red purple (RHS 71A) with bluish falls blaze; style arms red purple (72A); slight fragrance. 72-P-3 X 'Royal Ensign'. Whitehouse Perennials 1998.
