■(SIB) 'Sea Of Dreams'

2000, Schafer/Sacks

'Sea of Dreams' (Marty Schafer and Jan Sacks, R/ 2000). Seedling S92-38-13. SIB, 35" (89 cm), Early midseason bloom and rebloom. Standards blue (RHS 97C/D), diffused darker veining; style arms blue (97D), aqua midrib, deep blue picoteed wire edge; falls blue (97 A/B) overall effect, with lighter ground and darker veining especially on shoulders, signal soft yellow veined dark blue; slight fragrance. Seedling S87-10-1: ('Mad Magenta' x 'Percheron') X 'Sailor's Fancy'. Joe Pye Weed 2000. Honorable Mention 2005.
