'Shrawley' (
Jennifer Hewitt, R. 1999) SIB, 30" (75 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards deep violet (redder than RHS 89A); style arms deep reddish violet; Falls white ground veined deep violet blue (89B), more densely at sides, with near-solid color at tip; signal white, veined deep violet. Parentage and raiser unknown. Found at Shrawley, England, by Glazeley Gardens introduced prior to 1973.
