Iris acutiloba_ subsp. lineolata (Brian Mathew and Per Wendelbo, 1975) Originally described by Trautvetter as a separate species _Iris lineolata then reduced to a subspecies by Mathew and Wendelbo in Flora Iranica [Rechinger] 112: 32. 1975.
