Cindy Rust), R. 2013) SPEC (aphylla), 7" (18 cm). Early bloom. Standards light smoky blue, in hot weather nearly white; style arms light blue, light yellow striped; falls medium lavender-blue, lighter blue in hot weather, darker thin midline, chestnut reticulations on lighter haft areas; beards yellow-orange in throat, light blue tipped dull bronze-yellow in throat, light blue end; slight fragrance; spathes shaded purple.

This variation of Iris aphylla was selected some years back and distributed by Countess Marlene Ahlburg to a few friends although never really introduced. It is in the parentage of some new hybrids such as 'Tea Shop Mystery', R. 2014.
