(SPEC) 'Bright Water'

1997, Markham

'Bright Water' ( Lynn Markham, R. 1997) Seedling #APH-1B. SPEC (aphylla), 12-14" (31-36 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards smooth red purple (RHS 74B), deeper (74A) midline; style arms pale lavender, red purple midline and crests, very elongate, with crests split and recurved; falls red purple (74B), deeper midline, haft markings relatively inconspicuous; beards pale blue at end, warm yellow in thoat. Seed from SIGNA. 'I.aphylla' purple X unknown. Markham, Ohio Gardens 1997.
