Iris Nepalensis, 1-1¼" (4-5 cm), Stemless variety, floral tube rising directly from the growing tip. Flowers pale (RHS 97B) to dark (85A) lilac blue, falls frequently with a white patch at haft surrounding a dark egg yolk yellow crest. Synonym
Iris daliensis Dong & Zhao.
