Iris hippolyti ( Vved. ) Kamelin. (Aleksei Ivanovich Vvedensky then Rudolf V. Kamelin. 1981, near Koktscha in Kyzel Kum desert); Subgenus Scorpiris, (Juno); 4" (10 cm); Pale violet, yellow area in center of blade, with white undissected ridge.
