The Iris; ‘major’ (Blom’s stock); falls violet-blue (RHS 93B) shading to (93A) around the yellow crest; standards and style 93C; and ‘major’ (Van Tubergen stock); falls violet-blue (RHS 94B) shading to 94A around the crest; standards and styles 94B”; 2n=16. G. & A. Clarke, Ltd. 1913; Wallace 1913.
