as sky blue standards, the falls nearly all white with a rim of sky blue, coarsely veined dark blue in signal area and with two densely fine-veined patchs forming a half-crescent, divided by a white linear space along midline as a second tier of veins between rim and signal. Described by Cleaves,1968, as very dark mottled purple, sort of crepe-like substance, narrow foliage; Krelage & Son 1897. Iris unguicularis Poir.
