'Mandraliscae' (Augustino Todaro, 1861; Sicily). Section Iris. TB, Height 17" (42 cm), Mid bloom season. Color Code-B1M. Pleroma violet bicolor in effect due to light styles and dense white beard; stalk well branched; growth very vigorous; 3 ft. Foliage deep green stiff; Standards ruffled. Rather early cengialti-pallida type; fine mass effect;

Chromosome count 2n=24. Dammann 1901. variation of Iris pallida Lam.
