'Pseudacorus Alba'. (Amos Perry, 1906) Series Laevigatae White. (note could be a cultivar name for any white pseudacorus, Today this would be an illegitimate cultivar name because one can not include the species name in the cultivar name, but this is grandfathered in from the 1939 checklist. The more appropriate way to write this is Iris pseudacorus forma alba. ) Award of Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society in 1933
