2001, Ball
'Purple Trinity' (Marion Ball, R. 1998) SPEC (unguicularis), 7-8" (18-20 cm). Late midseason bloom. Standards and style arms medium violet; falls dark violet, pronounced darker velvety violet flush surrounding gold signal which fades to white in throat, hafts unveined; slight fragrance. Parentage unknown -- probably involving 'Mary Barnard'. Otepopo 2001.
