Laevigata types involving Rose Queen [not the Iris ensata 'Rose Queen']. Perry Plant Farm 1947. "From England. Rose magenta flowers. Three falls (single). falls flaring; standards smaller, upright,"-- Lauries Garden, from 1992 catalog. Very similar to ‘Goshobeni'. Award of Merit by Royal Horticultural Society. Iris laevigata Fischer.
