(SPEC) 'Talischii'

1900, Foster

'Talischii' Considered a form of Iris imbricata. Iris talischi Sprenger, Bull. Soc. Tosc. Ortic. 1901: 328 (1901).

1970 The Eupogon Iris Species In Cultivation talischii (talyschii) Foster, Bot. Mag. t. 7701, 1900. (1) = I. imbricata, GI (5): 505. Supposedly a taller form of imbricata from mountain forests. The form Hans. listed in 1954, which he called I imbricata-talyscil. ii in 1957, later A-15 which was reg. as Prodan, is like a larger aphylla. There was also a yellow form (ERo) which was presumably I. imbricata. Meg.
