From Fairmount Gardens catalog, 1945: VERNAL FAIRY (Henry 1945) E. M. A most enchanting and showy little iris. The white standards are heavily clouded over with lavender. The white falls have brilliant orange crests. It is a most beautiful and distinctive reverse bicolored form of Verna. 4 in. $8.00
