2012, Xiaoying Bi 'Violet Peafowl' (Xiaoying Bi, R. 2012) SPEC ( I. tigridia ), 4.5-5.5. Late bloom. Standards and style arms blended pink and purple-violet (RHS N82A); falls purple-violet background, edged pink with purple (N81C) spots, white center line and veins; beards orange in throat, white in middle, blue at ends, spooned. Parentage unknown, collected in Liaoning province, northeast China.
