1985, Hager

'Ambition' (Ben Hager, R. 1985). Seedling #S734DkBr. SPU, 46" (117 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards very dark brown; falls deep yellow, edged very dark brown, dark brown veining to clear yellow spot at tip of brown styles. Seedling #S454DkBl: ('Farolito' x 'Arbitrator') X 'Proverb'. Melrose Gardens 1985. Honorable Mention 1987.
