From Fairmount Gardens catalog, 1965: BLUE ZEPHYR (Washington 1946) M. Erect ruffled standards of clear blue color lightly veined with white. Falls are flaring with a base color of blue lightly veined with white. Style branches are blue over pollen that is usually fertile. Several buds. Late June. The whole effect of the flower is blue. 35 in. $3.50
