B. Charles Jenkins, R. 1995). Seedling #Quad-7. SPU, 37" (94 cm)., Very early bloom. Standards light violet blue (RHS 93D); falls bright yellow orange (15A), washed to edges with light violet blue. Parentage unknown. Shepard Iris 1996.

From Shepard Iris Garden catalog, 1996: CALIZONA (Jenkins 1996) (SPU-37"-VE) Large bright yellow falls, washed cream to light violet at the edge. The same color pattern continues into the stands and stylearms. The stands have more violet than the falls do and are rather "laid back" revealing the bright yellow. (Unknown Parentage). $25.00. |
