1984, Ghio

'Evening Dress' (Joseph Ghio, R. 1983). Seedling #SP-78-280-2. SPU, 40" (102 cm). Midseason to late bloom. Standards blackish blue purple; falls blue purple with black sheen and slight yellow underglow at styles. 'Purple Profundo' X 'Ethic'. Bay View Gardens 1984. Honorable Mention 1986.
