'Exception' (Walker Ferguson, R. 1969) Seedling #69-17. SPU, 36" (91 cm). Late bloom. Standards slate dark blue; falls dark purple (black). 'Purple Knight' X 'Fireplace'. Cordon Bleu 1973. Honorable Mention 1974.
