'Neophyte' ( Ben Hager, R. 1963) Seedling #S93A. SPU, 40" (102 cm). Midseason to late bloom. Standards strong violet-blue; falls cream-white undertone, veined blue-violet; small orange-yellow lance signal. I. carthaliniae X 'Morningtide'. Melrose 1964. Honorable Mention 1965.
