'Picacho Peak' (Floyd Wickenkamp, R. 1987) Seedling #SP-83-1. SPU, 36" (91 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards reddish maroon brown; falls bright golden yellow, edged brownish red. 'Son Of Sun' X seedling #SP-79-6: ('Fergy's Poetry' x 'Proverb'). Shepard Iris 1988. High Commendation 1987; Honorable Mention 1990.
