From AIS Bulletin #232 Winter 1979 Introducing ABOVE BOARD (Bledsoe). TB, 34", M-L (77-21). This pale blue self has closed standards with very crisp and ruffled, flaring falls. The orange beard, tipped blue, rests between pale yellow hafts. The blue in this iris does not fade. There is 4-way branching and a terminal, 7-8 buds. (Lemonade Stand X Bride's Halo). HC '77. $2.
